Bracket play for March Madness Poetry began today, and the poetry presentations were impressive!  Thank you for your hard work.

We weren't able to get through all of the poems; if you did not share your poem today, be ready to go on Monday.  If you advanced today, you should be ready to give additional information about your poem's wonderfulness on Monday.

We spent today's class time analyzing the poems for the March Madness fun.  Bracket play begins tomorrow!

After Wednesday Words, we were briefly introduced to the Harlem Renaissance. 

We looked at our poetry "March Madness" activity and assigned poems.  Beginning on Friday, we will compete to find the best of the best!
