Today began our discussion of personal narrative writing. Your personal narrative writing is due on Friday, September 28. You can find details about that assignment here.
We discussed the qualities of personal narratives and looked at those qualities in a personal narrative written by Gary Soto. This serves as a good example of personal narrative writing.
You are asked to have a topic for your narrative chosen by tomorrow. Vocabulary is also due tomorrow. The Unit 1 test will be given on Thursday.
